There are two ways different options to consider when deciding whether or not to purchase flats or a condo, or even a house. One is the thought of purchasing for a vacation home. Then, when you are not in Lisbon, you can rent it to carefully selected vacationers and earn money in that way. The other option is to buy property, such as apartments, homes or condos, rent it to tourists, and wait for the value to increase. And it is expected to increase significantly in the next few years.
